What I did: Launched a 0→1 loyalty platform and promotions engine. Designed A/B tests, shifted redemptions on-platform, and co-funded restaurant promotions.

Challenge: Needed to bring a greenfield SaaS product to market in the highly regulated tax/accounting sector.
What I did: Orchestrated the full SDLC for a cloud-native 1099 tax reporting platform. Defined roadmap, ran PI Planning, and aligned cross-functional teams.
Impact: Delivered MVP in under 6 months with ~$10M+ projected revenue and improved agile practices across SAFe ARTs -
